It doesn’t happen by accident

Most organizations are already spending a lot of money on compassion without even knowing it. They’re just spending it in ways that don’t leverage compassion’s value and are too unstructured to be properly identified and managed.

Compassion Innovation offers a proprietary approach to assess an organization’s compassion resources, identify vulnerabilities that require compassion guardrails to prevent harm and build tailored programs to deliver compassion more strategically. Compassion is our objective, but innovation is how we get there. Our strength is in bringing bold new ideas from the lab, and turning them into better approaches to solve big problems, like the new 988 suicide prevention lifeline that will soon be operational in Canada as a result of the campaign Kathleen Finlay started four years ago.
